Memorial Park is one of Ontario's few waterfront campgrounds.
This picturesque park boasts 468 metres of shoreline, a picnic area, playground equipment and a snack bar. There is also a miniature golf course and woodland trails to enjoy.
All of the trailer sites are either on Georgian Bay or a very short walk from Memorial Park's very own beach.
The campground is open from the first weekend in May until the week after Thanksgiving.

Memorial Park Reservation Policy 2015
1. The reservation season will begin Monday Feb 2. Any reservation received before this time will NOT be considered until the end of the first day of reservations
2. From June 26 to September 4, sites 1-30 [lower sites] have a 1 week minimum, 2 week maximum stay, arriving on Friday and departing Friday during the prime time camping season.
PRIME TIME—consists of Victoria Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend and June 26-September 7
3. During the Civic Holiday weekend, sites 40 - 143 [upper area] are unavailable
4. LONG WEEKENDS - all sites require a 3 night minimum booking
5. Reservations will be accepted by e-mail, voice mail or general mail. Due to the high volume of pre-season requests (February, March and April), we ask that you allow staff up to three weeks to confirm your booking.
PLEASE NOTE--- All reservations require payment in full. Preseason requests will be held until staff contacts you to verify payment by credit card. Nonpayment will cause reservation to be cancelled. During the camping season payment is expected at time of reservation.
GROUP RESERVATIONS --- Group reservations made by one individual will be held for 21 days. It is incumbent on the group members to notify office for payment in order to confirm reservation.
For Group Camping, there will be 2 designated areas (announced later in spring) that we will allow trailers to be parked in a circle. ABSOLUTELY no "circling the wagons" will be allowed as we move forward in an effort to improve our sites with trees, shrubs, rocks etc. We expect trailers to park in a north/south fashion on all pull through sites.
GARBAGE and RECYCLE---Garbage/recycle of any kind left on site or in fire pit, will result in a $25.00 clean up fee. It is the campers responsibility to deposit garbage and recycle in bins provided. It is also expected that campers only burn wood. Non burnables or food left in fire pit will not be tolerated. Please respect the park wildlife, as it is quite common for them to visit. A well kept and tidy site will discourage them looking for scraps. We are happy to supply garbage bags if need be.
Memorial Park cancellation policy is as follows:
14 days or greater = 100% refund minus $25.00 administration fee.
Less than 14 days = no refund. Equivalent value will be offered within 1 year of cancellation date. Failure to notify of a late arrival will be treated as a "No Show", and after 24hrs will result in loss of reservation.
All cancellations must be administered via email with a confirmation response from staff. During the season from May 7th forward, cancellations can also be made in person or verbally over the phone at park office between 9am and 5pm daily. NOTE…Voice mail cancellations will not be accepted.
Failure to notify of late arrival that exceeds 24hrs will result in loss of reservation with no equivalent value offered.
