This class is a high-energy program filled with variety! Every class will be different: Circuits, weights, fitness balls, and core strength all included in this class. Session 5: April 4 - May 9

Session 6: May 16 - June 20

This program includes resistance training in combination with balance. Exercises are aimed at reducing fractures and bone loss. This class is suitable for fracture reduction and provides a safe, effective, evidence-based exercise program.

Come see how this ancient and mystical form of dance will naturally attune you to your body, your creative spirit, and your sensuality.  A great low impact workout, Belly dancing builds strength and flexibility, while enhancing rhythm, body awareness and control.  Please dress in anything you feel comfortable moving in.  Bare feet are suggested, and bare bellies not required!  Coin belts will be provided for you to adorn your hips with, and maximize your shimmy potential!  Come unleash your inner goddess.

Dance It Out (DIO) is a total body fitness based dance workout that includes all styles of dance. The workout incorporates cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility and is paced so anyone can participate. Running shoes and mat required. DIO is a feel good program with an uplifting, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

A dance class for those with Parkinson’s disease, MS, Stroke and other movement disorders. A MOVE FREE class explores your imagination, renews strength, energy, confidence and builds a community. All to enrich your life. Open to Men & Women; All ages welcome.   Caregivers are invited to attend at no additional cost.

A gentle yoga series designed to boost energy, improve activity level, build strength and mobility, and increase range of motion in joints and spine. Suitable for anyone with no yoga experience or limited physical exercise. Mat required.

Session 5 : May 11 - June 15

Build strength inside and out by flowing through a series of standing, balance, and floor postures with an emphasis on breath and alignment.  All levels welcome.

$15 season pass or $2 drop-in

A safe indoor location to come and walk when the weather turns nasty. Join us in the Dance Hall to walk to music and enjoy some social time with friends. Running shoes and water bottle recommended. Walk at your own pace. Live music is organized regularly for this program.

AQUAFIT

$50 for 6 classes

Session 1: June 15 - July 20

Session 2: July 27 - August 31

Get a great all-body work-out in the water at Blue Dolphin Pool. A great way to get fit.  A certified WaterART Instructor will lead you in this hour long program each week. All abilities of swimming and fitness levels are welcome.  Email: pool@meaford.ca to register
