Meaford Hall is located in the heart of downtown Meaford, on the corner of Sykes St (Hwy 26) and Nelson St. East. This 3 storey icon is just a stone’s throw from Georgian Bay and adjacent to all amenities in a region well-known for its year-round attractions.

The Box Office reopens one hour prior to scheduled performances.
The Galleries are open for free public viewing at any time during business hours, however some private functions may result in the Galleries being closed. Please contact Meaford Hall about Gallery Hours in advance to ensure availability.

Sales Policies
2. There are no refunds or exchanges due to bad weather, road conditions or other inconveniences other than as stated above.
3. Tickets will not be held or reserved, and seats are considered sold only once payment has been paid in full.
4. Late Patrons will be admitted to the Theatre at the discretion of management in order to reduce disturbance to other patrons.
5. Patrons using cell phones, pagers, cameras or recording devices will be asked to turn them off. If they persist, the patron will be asked to leave with no refund to their ticket.
6. No food or beverage will be permitted in the Opera House with the exception of bottled water.
7. Meaford Hall is a smoke free building.
8. Children aged 2 and older must have a purchased ticket. Younger children maybe considered “babes in arms” and be allowed to share their parent’s seat. Some events may not allow babes in arms, check with box office for details.
9. A student is considered to be a person attending school full time with valid identification. A maximum of 5% of the House, or 15 tickets are available to high school students with valid ID for $5.00 through eyeGo to the Arts program. Some restrictions may apply.
10.A minimum of two wheelchair spaces will be held at all performances for patrons with mobility issues as well as adjacent seats for accompanying guests/support workers. If these seats are not sold they will be released to the general public 48 hours prior to the performances.
11.Support workers who are required to accompany a patron with a disability will receive a free ticket to attend the performance as a caregiver.
12.The balcony will be opened for ticket sales once 200 tickets on the main level have been sold. Balcony seats are general admission with no reserved seating for any event.
13.Most Meaford Hall events have reserved seating, please check with Box Office for details.
14.Some regular Meaford Hall promotions and discounts may not be offered at all events, particularly those presented by commercial clients. Please check with Box Office for details.
15.Volume Discounts are available only when the purchases are made at the same time.
16.The Municipal Alcohol Policy forbids the sale of alcohol at child/youth oriented events.About The Facility

1. Is there parking available?
There is a municipal parking lot adjacent to Meaford Hall. Parking is free of charge.
The Opera House holds a total of 300 seats. There are 240 on the main floor and 60 available in the balcony.
Yes, Meaford Hall is barrier free! The only area not wheelchair accessible is the Opera House Balcony.
Wheelchair seats are available in rows A and M. Please contact the Box Office at 1.877.538.0463 for purchase.
5. Are there assistive hearing devices?
Yes, Meaford Hall has 4 hearing assist devices that are reserved by contacting the Box Office. They are provided to patrons free of charge.
6. What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will be admitted at the sole discretion of Meaford Hall staff during a suitable break in the performance.
The Box Office, Galleries and Bar open one hour prior to the scheduled showtime. Please feel free to browse the Galleries until the Opera House opens. The Opera House generally opens 30 minutes prior to the performance time.
