APPOINTMENT TO THE ELECTION COMPLIANCE AUDIT COMMITTEE
A Municipal Council is required to appoint a Compliance Audit Committee in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act. Members of the Committee will hear and decide on applications for compliance audits in accordance with Section 81.1 of the Municipal Elections Act.
FIRE CHIEF
Reporting to the CAO, duties include the supervision, management, leadership, technical expertise and related communications for Fire Services (suppression, prevention, emergency response, fire code enforcement, emergency management planning and public education/ community relations) regarding the development and implementation of service levels, policies and long-range departmental strategies, department budgets, and participating as a member of the senior management team.
SEASONAL CURATORIAL ASSISTANT
The Museum is seeking an enthusiastic individual from September - November. Hours of work will be approximately 35 h/w. Duties include greeting the public, collections work, policy writing and public speaking related to museum artifacts and activities.
