Notice of Construction for Bridge Rehabilitation on Sideroad 13

The Municipality of Meaford is advising residents of upcoming construction on Structure BR 046 located on Sideroad 13 between 7th Line and Grey Road 12. Construction work will include concrete repairs, expansion joint replacements, deck top waterproofing, and asphalt replacement. The work will be completed by Safa Builders.

Overview

The following services may be temporarily impacted:

  • Road closure at the bridge on Sideroad 13 with no through traffic

  • Local access is maintained for residents

  • Increased construction activity, noise, dust, and minor vibration

  • Garbage and recycling collection will continue. If access is temporarily blocked, the contractor will assist with moving materials to a designated collection area. Please ensure bins are clearly labeled

Start date: Monday, June 15, 2026

Approximate end date: September 4, 2026
