Learn proper salsa preparation and processing, understand acidity and safe canning practices, learn flavour balancing and ingredient selection and take home a freshly canned jar of salsa.

The Municipality of Meaford is inviting residents to attend upcoming drop-in website accessibility information sessions on August 24 and August 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Meaford Public Library.
