Scope: Milling the top layer of asphalt and repaving the roadway.

Contractor: E.C. King Contracting, with Georgian Paving.

How will the project impact you?

Road Access: Expect delays and single-lane closures during active construction. Residents will continue to have access to their properties. Milling and paving will happen on different days and should each take less than one day to complete.

Waste Collection: If construction temporarily blocks your regular pickup point, the Contractor will help move your garbage and recycling to a collection area. Please label all containers with your house number so they can be returned to the correct address.

Noise: Some noise is expected during construction.

Dust: Dusty conditions may occur during some construction activities. Efforts will be made to reduce dust where possible.

Vibration: Significant vibration is not expected, but residents may wish to protect valuables that could be affected by construction equipment.

To help the work move smoothly, please avoid parking on the roadway during construction and place garbage and recycling out by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day.
