As of June 30, 2020 the Municipality of Meaford is accepting applications to the 2020 Community Improvement Plan (CIP) grant and loan programs for non-residential property owners.
In 2019, the Municipality awarded $50,000 in grants and $60,000 in loans to commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties in Meaford. The program has 2 streams – the Downtown CIP for properties in Meaford’s downtown commercial area, and the Economic CIP for properties outside of...

fireworksWith Canada Day approaching, the Municipality of Meaford would like to remind those that are looking to set off family fireworks as part of their celebrations to stay safe and celebrate responsibly.
In our Municipality, family/consumer fireworks may be only enjoyed on private property in celebration of Canada Day from:
