Fireworks 2015 (6)With Canada Day approaching, the Municipality of Meaford would like to remind those that are looking to set off family fireworks as part of their celebrations to stay safe and celebrate responsibly.
In our Municipality, family/consumer fireworks may only be used where they are a safe distance of 8 meters (18.4 feet) away from all structures and vehicles, and on private property. You can use fireworks in celebration of Canada Day from:

This summer, a limited number of parking spaces on Sykes Street are being converted to restaurant patios between Collingwood and Nelson Streets in downtown Meaford.
