Notice of Watermain Repair on Aiken Street

The Municipality of Meaford would like to inform residents of an emergency watermain repair taking place today on Aiken Street in front of 250 Aiken Street. Municipal crews will be on-site conducting repairs, and residents in the immediate area may experience temporary impacts to traffic and pedestrian access. Depending on the severity of the break and the parts required, there is a possibility that the watermain may need to be shut down during the repair.

Temporary Pause on Digital Submission of Pre‑Authorized Payment (PAP) Forms

As we transition to a new municipal website launching this summer, we have identified an issue in how our current system receives personal and banking information submitted for Pre‑Authorized Payments (PAP) for water, wastewater, and tax bills.
Effective February 3, the Municipality will temporarily pause the digital submission of PAP forms (including submission through the current website or by email). For those currently enrolled in PAP, there is no required action, and your information is secure.
