About the Property
This 11 acre property has been decommissioned as a landfill site for a number of years, and is now eligible to be developed into parkland. This property has many opportunities to serve our residents as additional green space in the urban area. We have been consulting with the Ministry of the Environment for the necessary approvals to develop this land. A topographical survey has been completed on the property to identify possible trail systems that could connect with the Trout Hollow Trail.
