The Long Term Care Facility Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Applications are approved and that portion is constructed. The remaining portions of the proposal which include the Retirement & Senior's Apartment Building have been deferred to a future phase of the development of the lands. A future Zoning By-law Amendment Application will be required, which will include further public consultation.
