 A capital project is a large-scale project that helps maintain or improve a municipal asset, often called infrastructure. New construction, expansion, renovations, rehabilitation, or replacement of assets would all be considered capital projects.
Are all projects listed here?

 No, not all projects are listed here. Projects of smaller values or that do not have a direct impact on residents are not typically listed but a description of projects can be found within the Municipal Budget.
