Meaford used to have a Citizen's Band - and we even have a piano you can sit at and play!

The best way to learn about Meaford's history is through our china cabinet filled with commemorative pieces that were usually sold at the Train Station.

And finally we have an interactive exhibit where you can explore our Schools and how they have grown.

The Municipality of Meaford has a large catalogue of objects, photographs, newspapers, books and more in its collection all related to the history of the Municipality of Meaford and the Townships of St. Vincent and Sydenham. The Municipality has such a vast history and so many stories to tell.

For Educators

The Meaford Museum offers a unique and fun tool to help educators teach their students about our history, settlers, environment and more. With the Little Green Apples program, educators receive curriculum based kits to be used within their classrooms.

Offering full lesson plans, authentic museum artifacts, handling gloves, class activities and more, the Little Green Apples kits allow kids to learn and have fun at the same time.
