• 9:00 to 9:45 AM – T-Ball Fundamentals with Brandy Martin at Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre: Learn the basics of T-Ball in this fun and active clinic for kids. 

  • Note: Indoor shoes only. Free drop-in session. 

• 12:30 to 3:00 PM – Free Swim and Slip & Slide at Blue Dolphin Pool: Cool off with a free swim and enjoy the summer fun of the Slip & Slide. 

• 2:00 to 5:00 PM – Recreation Fair at the Harbour: Join us at the waterfront for a family-friendly fair featuring recreation vendors and organizations, bouncy castle, yard games, and more.

  • Confirmed Vendors: Meaford Pickleball, Meaford Lawn Bowling, YMCA Grey-Bruce, Meaford Soccer Plus, 365 Sports, Meaford Hall, Meaford Curling Club, Meaford Interiors - North Shore, Georgian Bay Applekings, Meaford Recreation. 
    

• 2:30 to 3:00 PM – Drop-In Tai-Chi beside the Meaford Harbour Pavilion: Enjoy a relaxing Tai-Chi session by the water. 

  • No registration required. 

• 4:00 to 4:45 PM – Drop-In Ball Hockey Game on the pad at the Meaford Harbour Pavilion: Join a casual community game of ball hockey—equipment provided. 

• 7:00 PM to Major Series Lacrosse Game: Owen Sound Northstars vs. Brampton Excelsiors at Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre. 

• Admission: Paid entry (cash only). Cap off your day with a high-energy lacrosse match between two top teams!

Main Event Location

The Longest Day of Play activities will now take place indoors at the Meaford & St. Vincent Community Centre (Arena Floor) from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Activity Schedule

• 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Indoor games, activities, and displays on the arena floor

• 2:30 PM: Tai Chi Demonstration (arena floor)

• Ball Hockey: Cancelled due to indoor move

Outdoor Activities – Weather Dependent

• T-Ball at 9:00 AM: Proceeding as scheduled

• Swim and Slip & Slide at 12:30 PM: Will run if weather permits

• Lacrosse Game at 7:00 PM: Will proceed as scheduled
