All participants registered in fitness and/or physical activities are encouraged to complete PAR-Q+ (self-assessment), a physical activity readiness questionnaire to ensure they are ready to safely participate in programming or consult with their physician prior to participation. Families on the Water - Big Canoe Project |
We're teaming up with the Big Canoe Project again to give families the opportunity to experience paddling on the water. This program is free through funds raised at local events. Learn how to paddle, work as a team to navigate the big canoe, contribute to water quality and environmental observations and most importantly enjoy beautiful Georgian Bay! Tours are equipped with 2 experienced guides and all the necessary equipment (PFD's, paddles, dry bags, etc.) Routes change weekly!

Yoga |
Instructor: Paula Stepan, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor Yoga This practice combines yoga poses and breath techniques that purify your body and mind. It'd designed to move your body, increase strength and range of motion while practicing at your skill and ability level. Suitable for various levels of experience. Yoga mat required.

Louise Stewart Potts, Certified Dance for Parkinson's Instructor Dance It Out DIO is a 60-minute total body fitness based dance workout that includes all styles of dance. It incorporates cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility and is paced so anyone can participate. All classes are accessible. Mat and running shoes required. Mondays & Tuesdays 9:00 am-10:00 am (Excl. Holiday Mondays) Move Free This 75-minute class is adaptable to varying levels of physical & cognitive abilities. These classes are creative and incorporate a variety of musical & dance styles! This class is for you if you have Parkinson’s disease, MS, stroke or other movement limitations.
