Families on the Water - Big Canoe Project

We're teaming up with the Big Canoe Project again to give families the opportunity to experience paddling on the water.

This program is free through funds raised at local events.

Learn how to paddle, work as a team to navigate the big canoe, contribute to water quality and environmental observations and most importantly enjoy beautiful Georgian Bay!

Tours are equipped with 2 experienced guides and all the necessary equipment (PFD's, paddles, dry bags, etc.) Routes change weekly!


When : Thursday, June 1st to Thursday , October 5th

Ladies Night 
Ladies Night #1: Wine & Paint with Suzette Terry. - SOLD OUT

When : Wednesday, June 28th 

Time : 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Where : Terrace Room, Meaford Hall 

Cost: $50

Who: Suzette Terry

What: Wine and Paint (19+). Receive one free drink on us and enjoy learning to paint from the amazing Suzette Terry. Bar will be open throughout the evening.

Ladies Night #2 : Yoga Social with Jenna Vandermey

When : Wednesday, July 26th 

Time : 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Where : Dance Hall , Meaford and St. Vincent Community Centre

Cost: $25

Who: Jenna Vandermey

What: Yoga Social (19+). Enjoy a functional Yoga session with Jenna Vandermey, a local Yoga Instructor in Meaford who is also part of the Meaford Community Garden. The first 45 to 60 minutes will be reserved for the Yoga Class. The rest of the time will be used to socialize with the class with the bar open!

Participants: Limit of 25.

Co-Ed Youth Floor Hockey Leagues 4 on 4

Participate in a 4 team co-ed ball hockey league at the Meaford Arena. Teams picked week 1! 4 on 4 ( Half 'ice' )


Monday, May 1 - Monday, June 26 (8weeks) ( No Class May 22nd )

8:00 pm - 8:50 pm 

Ages: 18 +

Cost : $80 or $10 Drop - in

Location: Arena Floor -Meaford and St. Vincent Community Centre

*players must have a helmet and gloves, bring your own stick if you would like*


Instructor: Paula Stepan, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor Yoga

This practice combines yoga poses and breath techniques that purify your body and mind. It'd designed to move your body, increase strength and range of motion while practicing at your skill and ability level. Suitable for various levels of experience. Yoga mat required.

Play Pickleball indoors and outdoors weather permitting spring, summer and fall! Give it a try and join the club for a nominal fee + court fees!

Dance It Out

DIO is a 60-minute total body fitness based dance workout that includes all styles of dance. It incorporates cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility and is paced so anyone can participate. All classes are accessible.

Mat and running shoes required.

Move Free

This 75-minute class is adaptable to varying levels of physical & cognitive abilities. These classes are creative and incorporate a variety of musical & dance styles! This class is for you if you have Parkinson’s disease, MS, stroke or other movement limitations.
