There are several special events held each year in the Municipality of Meaford. Some are hosted by the Municipality, and others are organized by groups of volunteers or local community groups.

Your Special Event

If you would like to organize a special event in the Municipality of Meaford, please complete our Special Event Application Form at least 90 days before your event. This form gives us information on the Municipal services that you may need to support your event, like road closures, permits, or additional waste bins.

Also, be sure to post your special event to our Municipal event calendar, and let us know on facebook so we can share your event's information with our community.

Municipal Special Events

You can take part in Municipal special events by hosting a booth, being a vendor, or volunteering.
