This program provides funding to community organizations who offer programs, services and events in Meaford. Grants are awarded at the beginning of the Council term for the following four years. The annual amount of funding available for the 2018-2022 term of Council is $50,000. Organizations can apply for up to $5,000 per year.

Bursary recipients who fail to provide a biennial update to Council may be deemed ineligible for the program in the future. For more information, see the Community Bursary Policy. Ineligible CostsBursaries cannot be used to:

Funding Decisions |
The annual amount of funding for the 2018-2022 term of Council is $50,000.00. No group shall receive more than $5,000.00 per year. Funding DecisionsApplications will be evaluated based on the following:
Council will consider applications at a Special Meeting held on Monday, June 3, 2019. All applicants will be invited to make a short presentation regarding their application, and outlining how they intend to allocate any funding. Funding decisions will be announced following that meeting. Applications will not be solicited again until early 2023. |
