Meaford Hall Sales Policy

• No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless otherwise stated.
• If a performance is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full. 
• If a show is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for the new date or refunded at the ticketholder’s request.
• Tickets will not be held or reserved, and seats are only considered sold once payment has been received in full. 
• Everyone, including children aged 2 and older must have a purchased ticket. Babes in arms are only allowed at youth oriented events with sound levels below 80db. All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Some regular Meaford Hall promotions and discounts may not be offered at all events.  Please check with Box Office for details. Group and Series Discounts are available only when the purchases are made at the same time by one person. 
• Please check the time of the performance on your tickets. Late Patrons will be admitted to the Theatre at the discretion of Head Usher in order to reduce disturbance to the artists and other patrons.
• We ask that you turn your cell phones to silent while in the theatre. Recording and photography rules vary depending upon the event and performer’s request. Each event has specific rules that are announced prior to the performance.  ABSOLUTELY NO FLASH. 
• Meaford Hall is fully accessible with the exception of the balcony. A minimum of two wheelchair spaces will be held at all performances as well as adjacent seats for accompanying guests/ support workers.  If these seats are not sold they will be released to the general public 48 hours prior to the performances or when the theatre is 90% sold out. 
• Support workers who are required to accompany a patron will receive a free ticket to attend the performance as a caregiver. 
• No outside food or beverage will be permitted in the Theatre with the exception of bottled water.  However, the Theatre is fully licenced and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic items may be purchased at the concession. Some events may not offer alcohol per Municipal Alcohol Policy. 
• Meaford Hall is a smoke free and vape free building. No smoking is allowed within a nine metre (29.53 ft) radius of any entrance or exit of Meaford Hall. 
• Please be considerate of other patrons and restrict or refrain the use of perfume or cologne.
