Please do not attend a performance or come into Meaford Hall if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19. Tickets are fully redeemable to a gift certificate for future use. No refunds. 

All patrons must wear masks in accordance with the Grey Bruce Health Unit Bylaw. If you are unable to wear a mask due to an underlying condition please notify staff when purchasing your ticket.

All Public Health Guidelines for the control of COVID-19 are to be strictly followed by patrons and staff. 

If a performance is cancelled all tickets will be refunded in full. 

Tickets will not be held or reserved, and seats are considered sold only once payment has been paid in full. 

Everyone, including children aged 2 and older must have a purchased ticket. Babes in arms are only allowed at youth oriented events with sound levels below 80db. All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Some regular Meaford Hall promotions and discounts may not be offered at all events.  Please check with Box Office for details. Group and Series Discounts are available only when the purchases are made at the same time by one person. 

Late Patrons will be admitted to the Theatre at the discretion of Head Usher in order to reduce disturbance to other patrons. 

Use of cell phones, cameras or recording devices varies depending upon the event and performer’s request. Each event has specifics posted at each entrance to the opera house or check with the Head Usher for details.  ABSOLUTELY NO FLASH. 

Meaford Hall is fully accessible with the exception of the balcony. A minimum of two wheelchair spaces will be held at all performances as well as adjacent seats for accompanying guests/ support workers.  If these seats are not sold they will be released to the general public 48 hours prior to the performances or when the theatre is 90% sold out. 

Support workers who are required to accompany a patron will receive a free ticket to attend the performance as a caregiver. 

No outside food or beverage will be permitted in the Theatre with the exception of bottled water.  The Theatre is fully licenced and items purchased at the concession will be allowed into the theatre. Some events may not serve alcohol per Municipal Alcohol Policy. 

Meaford Hall is a smoke free and vape free building. No smoking is allowed within a nine metre (29.53 ft) radius of any entrance or exit of Meaford Hall. 

Please be considerate of other patrons and restrict or refrain the use of perfume or cologne.
