Attention patrons!
Your Meaford Hall Arts and Cultural Centre is transitioning to a new ticketing software beginning in January 2025. The new system is called Spektrix and will allow both staff and patrons a more intuitive and efficient experience completing ticket purchases.
As part of this process, all ticket sales will be stopped briefly in the beginning of February so we can move everything over to Spektrix. Our staff will be busy behind the scenes during this time to make the transition as seamless as possible for you, our valued patrons. The closure date will be posted once confirmed.

| How does this affect me as a customer? |

The process for purchasing a ticket online will be easier. Many of our internal processes will be improved, allowing us more time to engage with our patrons. Overall, the new system is expected to be more intuitive and user friendly.
Your account will use the same username and password as before. Upon the occasion of your first login after our switch, you will be prompted to change your password. You will now be able to add more detail to your profile, including your contact preferences and diverse accessibility needs. |
| Does this change ticket prices? |
| Our ticket prices will not be affected. |
| What if I already purchased tickets? |
| All tickets purchased before or during the transition are still valid. Keep tickets already printed or emailed to you and bring them to the performance. Your tickets are still valid. |
| Can I still use my gift certificates and vouchers? |
| Absolutely! All discounts and items acquired before our switch will still be valid within our new system. |
| Where do I buy tickets now? |

Tickets will still be available online exclusively at meafordhall.ca. You can also visit our box office in person from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Saturday to purchase or call us at 877 538 0463 |
| Where does Spektrix get their data from? |
