The Meaford Public Library Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynne Fascinato as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 19, 2024.  Lynne brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to public service, having served as the interim CEO since August 9, 2023.

Lynne joined the Meaford Public Library 25 years ago, and her dedication to fostering a vibrant and inclusive library environment has been evident throughout her tenure. Her leadership during her interim period has been instrumental in guiding the library through various challenges and opportunities, earning her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and the community alike.

Lynne's background as a Library Information Technician in the roles of Technical Services Coordinator and as Manager of Library Services, positions her well to oversee the strategic initiatives and operations of the Meaford Public Library, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of the community for years to come.
