The Municipality of Meaford is pleased to announce that online payments are now available through Cloudpermit for building permits, providing residents, builders, and contractors with a secure and convenient way to pay for building permits directly within the system. 

This new feature allows applicants to complete the entire building permit process online, from application to approval and payment, within the same familiar Cloudpermit platform. The enhancement supports Meaford’s ongoing commitment to improving customer service and expanding digital service delivery options for residents.  

For a temporary period, building services continue to be supported by RSM as a third-party provider. All service levels remain the same, and applicants can continue to submit applications, book inspections, send messages, and now make payments online with ease.  

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when requesting inspections. The Municipality appreciates the continued patience and understanding of residents and contractors while services are supported by RSM.
