Please be advised of a planned water outage on the East and West sides of the 7th Line on Monday, October 16, 2023, and Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to watermain connections being made on Highway 26 in the vicinity of Ridge Road. This outage will affect approximately 30 homes and businesses, including users on Highway 26, west of the Don Bumstead Medical Clinic.

Before the interruption, affected residents and property owners may wish to fill their bathtubs with water to allow for flushing of their toilets during the interruption. Please do not open your water taps during the service interruption. Upon completion of the work, any required flushing and sampling of the watermain will be conducted. Once service has been restored, it is recommended to use your bathtub tap to clean your water service and pipes from any construction debris by leaving your tap open until the water runs clear.

The contractor, Pinestone Engineering LTD, has distributed notices regarding the water disruption to affected residents. A copy of this notice and a map of affected properties are attached below.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
