This position provides coordination of booking and contract administration of performances, events and facility rentals at Meaford Hall. Coordination of facility wide customer service including client relations, Box Office and Visitor Information. Responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of Meaford Hall volunteers. Supports the Recreation Programming and Parks & Facilities services.

Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Salary Range: $66,346 to $80,645

This position is responsible for the development of plans, implementation and the execution of Council approved strategic and growth initiatives across the Municipality, including marketing and communications. Reporting directly to the CAO/Director of Development Services, the role works in collaboration with and supports Senior Management by managing projects/initiatives, developing and maintaining community relationships, identifying and implementing sustainable growth opportunities that align with the strategic goals of Council and support and promote the overall prosperity of the Municipality.

Volunteer Firefighters

Department: Meaford and District Fire Department
Hours per Week: 24/7 Response to Emergencies
Approximate Training Hours: 85 Hours Annually

This position must maintain a constant state of readiness and is responsible for executing assigned tasks related to an all hazards response capability. We provide an exceptional level of customer service to the public through emergency response, fire safety education and in support of local charitable events.
