Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update
The Municipality’s Water and Wastewater Master Plan provides a long-term plan for the development and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems, including replacement of pipes that are at end of life. The existing plan is from 2015. This update will build on the existing long-range plan to reflect the current condition of the Municipality’s infrastructure, the additional information that the Municipality has obtained since 2015, and will consider future needs based on expected development. This project will include an update to our water and sanitary sewer models.

Budget |
It is estimated that the budget for this project will be $260,000. The budget will be funded from the water and wastewater user pay budgets split 50/50. $200,000 will be required for the Master Plan update and will be funded from the water and wastewater user pay budgets split 50/50. The waster and sanitary sewer modelling budget is estimated at $60,000 and will be funded through development charges. |
