Tea & Tea Towels

About the Event:
Spend an afternoon at Franny’s Mercato drinking tea and printing tea towels with local printmaker, Leah Springate.
In this two-hour workshop we’ll explore block-printing on tea towels using pressed glassware. We’ll look at how to design simple repeat patterns, then after a quick demonstration on inking and printing techniques, participants will get started printing beautiful, unique tea towels while sipping Fortnum & Mason tea and enjoying sandwiches and nibbles provided by Fran herself.
