Walk the Length of the Odyssey

Please register to participate
A 10-week (not years) community movement challenge! Walk, run, bike, rollerblade… just get moving!
Keep track of your steps or km travelled and submit them weekly to asolecki@meaford.ca. The participant who travels the furthest will win a heroic-age prize.
Let’s see if we can walk 8,043 km, Odysseus’s journey home from Troy to Ithaca.

Website Accessibility Information Sessions
The Municipality of Meaford is inviting residents to attend upcoming drop-in website accessibility information sessions on August 24 and August 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Meaford Public Library. These sessions are an opportunity for residents to learn more about the Municipality’s new websites, including the municipal website, library website, Meaford Hall website, and Meaford Museum website, explore the accessibility widget with support from staff, and share accessibility-related feedback to help improve the online experience for the community.…
