Notice of Structure BR-001 Rehabilitation on Sideroad 21

Work has begun on the rehabilitation of Structure BR-001 on Sideroad 21 between Concession A and 28th Avenue East. Repairs will be made to the large steel culvert over the next several weeks. Single-lane closures and full road closures will be required while this work is completed.

Overview

The following traffic impacts are expected: 

Single-lane closure: Monday, August 31 to Wednesday, September 30, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The road will be open during the evenings. 

Full road closure: Thursday, September 3 and Tuesday, September 8, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The road will be open during the evenings. 

Reason for disruption: Rehabilitation work on Structure BR-001, including repairs to the large steel culvert. 

Alternative routes: No Detour is posted. Please use alternative routes and follow construction signage.

Please drive with caution in the area and plan ahead for possible delays. Updates will also be posted to Municipal 511.
