Upcoming Meeting on Meaford’s 2026 Fees and Charges – Share Your Feedback

Meaford, Ontario – The Municipality of Meaford is inviting residents to participate in discussions about fees and charges that impact local services and programs. Fees and charges are important because they represent the rates the Municipality charges for everyday items and services, such as facility rentals, program fees, and other municipal services, which directly affect residents. Your input helps shape these decisions, so we encourage everyone to get involved.

The initial fees and charges proposal was presented and discussed at a Council meeting on November 17, 2025, and Council directed staff to hold a special meeting for fees and charges, which is now scheduled for December 9, 2025, at approximately 2:00 pm, following another agenda item.

Residents can share ideas and comments by attending upcoming meetings or providing written feedback. The agenda for the public meeting will be published one week prior to the meeting date.
