Voter Information letters have been mailed out to electors on the Voters’ List in the Municipality of Meaford. Electors can expect to receive their personal letter on or around October 7, 2026.
Voter Information Letters will include the following:
- Website address and telephone number to access the voting system
- A unique elector PIN
- A complete list of candidates
- The list of locations and hours for the Voting Help Centres.
Electors will need a Voter Information Letter to access the voting system, whether by internet or phone.
If an elector has not received their Voter Information Letter, they can visit the Municipal Office at 21 Trowbridge St West or a Voting Help Centre with identification. Questions about Voter Information Letters can be directed to elections@meaford.ca, or 519-538-1060 ext 1234.
