Closure Notice

Municipality of Meaford offices and facilities will be closed for Thanksgiving on Monday, October 12, 2026.

Waste collection will take place one day later than your regular collection day during the week of October 11.

Our offices and facilities will reopen on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and landmarks across Canada will be lighting up blue to raise awareness for prostate cancer. Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada notes that 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, and that early detection saves lives.
