It is with the utmost sadness that staff of the Municipality of Meaford acknowledges the loss of our dear friend and colleague Nicolas Burt. Nick was a valued member of the Municipality’s team, working as the Project Manager, Facilities in the Community Services department. Nick was crucial to the construction of the new Meaford Public Library, ensuring that the community can enjoy that facility for many years to come.

Following up on last week’s notification that Zoning By-law Amendment for Skydevco Inc., has been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), the Municipality wishes to provide the following update on this matter.

On July 13, 2022, the Clerk for the Municipality of Meaford received a Notice of Appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal for the Zoning By-Law Amendment Application Z04-2021 from the legal representatives for Skydevco Inc. This is for the proposal located at Boucher Street East and Fuller Street.
