Meaford Celebrates 40 Years of One Magic Christmas

This Holiday Season, Meaford is celebrating its starring role in the beloved 1985 Disney film One Magic Christmas with a community-wide holiday campaign, A Magic Christmas in Meaford.

“A Magic Christmas in Meaford brings together the community to celebrate our film history and support local businesses during the holidays,” said Jessica Kenyon, Small & Medium Business Liaison for the Municipality of Meaford.

From December 4 to 22, residents and visitors can experience the magic of downtown Meaford through festive film-inspired wreaths and window displays, public voting for the Best Decorated Wreath, and the added holiday fun of the “Give the Gift of Meaford” Shop Local Draw, featuring a gift basket filled with items donated from participating local businesses.
