September's Topic:  Maintaining Vibrant, Youthful Health - Naturally

Life Coach, Roevel Guzman, will share valuable information for maintaining your health including topics such as Chi Gong, Tai Chi, traditional Chinese medicines, meditation, body clock, and more.

A bus will be available for transit at $5/person
It will leave Bill's Valu-Mart at 5:30 pm
It will leave Elmvale Community Hall at 9:15 pm
Drop off at Bill's Valu-Mart at 10:15 pm
Purchase your bus ticket in advance at the Meaford Public Library
