Decide how many books you want to read.  Commit to this goal and you get to pick the books!  Ask your family and friends to sponsor your reading goals.
Prizes to be won.  Open to readers of all ages.

Amazing Reads International
From June 1 to August 31
Collect a passport and read your way around the world.  Your passport will provide the country and you get to pick what to read!  Choose to read a book by an author from that country or select a book set in that country.
Great prizes to be won!
Pick up a passport and information package at the circulation desk.

Ukulele Spring Tune-Up
Beginning Wednesday, June 5 at 4 pm
Location:  Bethany Church of the Nazarene, Meaford
Come out to the five week jam sessions to learn songs, share knowledge and have fun.
Some ukuleles will be available.  No experience required.

Walk the Length of the Great Wall of China Information Night

A Meaford Public Library and Meaford Cultural Services Partnership
Thursday, June 20 at 6 pm
Location:  Library board room
Learn about the community walking challenge and the health benefits of walking.  During the summer months use your own step-counter or borrow a pedometer from the library and keep track of your steps.  Pedometers will be available for check-out by mid-June.
Together we will try to walk 21,196.18 km - the length of the Great Wall of China
