Fees for Rooms:

Friends of the Meaford Library (FOML) Room - holds up to 53 attendees
Regular Hours Booking Fee:
Non-profit: No fee required
For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day
After-Hours Booking Fee until 10 pm:
Non-profit: $25/hour for staffing
For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day plus $25/hour for staffing after hours


All other Meeting Rooms - Weston Family Foundation, Stanley Knight, Ontario Trillium Foundation, Rotary Project Room.  Holds up to 1-8 people depending on the room.
Non-profit: No cost but donations are appreciated
For-profit: $25/hour
Not available after hours
The Meaford Public Library accepts only cash or cheques payable to "The Meaford Public Library".

A request for meeting room form is required to book the FOML Room or the small meeting rooms if you are a profit user.  Download the Request for Meeting Room Form Here.  
An active Meaford Public Library membership is required to book a room. 
If you are a non-resident of the Municipality of Meaford we do not charge for a membership!

The smaller meeting rooms can be used for a quiet study space but users must check in for an available room at the circulation desk.
