Looking for a venue to host your next meeting, or a quiet study space? With 5 spacious rooms to choose from, you’ll find everything you need to do your best work. Rooms come equipped with all the essentials: a Smart TV, desk(s), tables, chairs, and whiteboards.

Library Services
The Rooms
- Friends of the Meaford Library (FOML) – holds up to 53 attendees
- Weston Family Foundation Room – holds up to 4 people
- Stanley Knight Ontario Room – holds up to 4 people
- Trillium Foundation Room – holds up to 4 people
- Rotary Project Room – holds up to 8 people
If you are a for-profit organization, completion of our online meeting room request form is required to book the FOML room or other small meeting rooms.
Regular Hours:
- Non-profit: No fee required but donations are greatly appreciated.
- For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day to book the Friends of Meaford Library Room .
- For-profit: $25/hour for other rooms.
After-Hours Friends of Meaford Library Room (until 10 pm):
- Non-profit: $25/hour for staffing.
- For-profit: $125/half day or $250 for full day plus $25/hour for staffing after hours.
Please note:
Rooms may be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
An active Meaford Public Library membership is required to book a room.
The Library cannot guarantee we can accommodate after-hours bookings due to staff scheduling. Requests must be made in advance.
The Meaford Public Library accepts debit, cash or cheques made payable to “The Meaford Public Library” for room rentals.
