Create fresh, delicious homemade salsa while building confidence in preserving seasonal ingredients with Adriene’s Canning & Jamming Workshops. Learn proper salsa preparation and processing, understand acidity and safe canning practices, learn flavour balancing and ingredient selection and take home a freshly canned jar of salsa.
