Holiday Office and Facility Hours

The Municipality of Meaford Council and staff wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season! As you plan for the weeks ahead, please note the following holiday closures, adjusted hours, and service information.

Waste collection will operate on its regular schedule throughout the holidays. However, if your normal collection day lands on a statutory holiday, pickup will occur the following day. For details, visit our waste guide: meaford.ca/waste

To report an urgent road, by-law, or water/wastewater issue after hours, please call 888-525-7024.

For all other non-emergency issues, please submit a request onlinefor staff to review when they are back in the office.

Municipal Administration Office

Location: 21 Trowbridge Street West

Holiday Hours:

  • Closes: 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025

  • Reopens: 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026

The Municipal Administration Office will be closed from the afternoon of December 24, 2025, through January 4, 2026, reopening on January 5, 2026.

Meaford and St. Vincent Community Centre

Location: 151 Collingwood Street West
